The Hotel Lovere has a fantastic location by the lake, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, our experience was marred by a claustrophobic room with no view and an unexpected drinks bill that was misleading. While the food service was hit or miss, albeit with some enjoyable dishes, the overall dining experience left much to be desired, especially considering the half-board deal. Overall, it could have been a much more pleasant stay with better clear communication and food quality.
My stay at the Hotel Lovere had both highs and lows. The location is stunning with beautiful views of Lake Iseo and the town is charming. The service was mostly friendly with a special mention for the helpful staff. However, my room was quite claustrophobic with a disappointing view, and the dining experience left something to be desired, particularly with the limited drink options which were unexpectedly extra. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but felt some aspects could use improvement.
